Indian airforce modernisation(2021)

INDIAN airforce is the fourth largest airforce in the world.  It was set up in1932 during the British rule by British consisting of indians back then it was know as royal indians airforce. But after the independence prefix of royal was removed and it come to existence. Indian airforce have participated in wars of 1965 1971 and 1999 where the proved their glory and courage but know India is facing a serious issue of outdated aircrafts.

WHY MODERNISATION OF AIRFORCE IS IMPORTANT
Indian airforce have been operating several aircraft but they are mostly outdated and urgently need an retirement. Mig 21 which is over 100 in numbers needs to be retired as soon as possible because it has taken many lives in accidents. India needs to retire it's mig 29 mirage 2000 and jaguar by 2030, total no of these aircraft are above 200. INDIAN airforce needs a squadron strength of 42(18 aircraft in 1 squadron) but we are right now in 33 and we don't replace them then it will down to 21 squadron. So the MODERNISATION is very important.
AIRCRAFT THAT WILL PART OF MODERNISATION PROGRAM

Eurofighter typhoon by European Union and DASSUALT RAFALE by France.  It might be cancelled as well because of budget constraints but the predicted winners are:

DASSUALT RAFALE by France because India is already operating it and it is will not cost any additional cost as the infrastructure is also present India.
F/A18 by USA because INDIAN Navy is also considering it for their own use so it can be a ideal choice as two wings of armed forces are operating it.
